There are so many things I like about OTF it’s hard to specify one thing so I’ll mention a few. The professionalism of all the staff is incredible. I have worked out for over 40 years and have tried just about every gym and workout out there, but I have not seen the sincerity out of coaches as I have seen at OTF. They make you feel as though you are their only member, continuously checking on your progress and asking you if your workouts are going well. As far as the program (workout) is concerned, one word “Amazing”. Again I have tried many programs, but none have provided me a complete full body workout like OTF. It is a perfect blend of cardio and strength training. The whole concept of 30 minutes of strict cardio paired with 30 minutes of strength/cardio allows me to burn calories without losing muscle. I highly recommend OTF to anyone who is looking for a challenging workout that can be structured to fit any individuals personal goals.
I have been to several other gyms and OTF Barboursville is by far the absolute best!! The coaches and staff are amazing and always motivating you to be your best! I love the atmosphere and they always have the best music during the workouts! The 1 hour workout is a total body workout and is different every time!! I love the variety! I look forward to going every day!! I LOVE IT!!! Highly recommended!!! So glad I joined this awesome gym!!! 💪🧡
It's a great atmosphere to work out. The facility and equipment are great. The coaches are awesome. It is good for all levels of fitness. I've completed over 500 workouts and have been a member almost 3 years.
I enjoy the external motivation from the coaches, the encouragement to push myself (while honoring my body’s needs), and the energy of the group setting. I’m a pretty intrinsically motivated person and absolutely love exercise/movement, but I still need the motivation to keep going that’s offered by the coaches. Overall, I like that a very challenging hour still feels FUN, and I always leave feeling accomplished and very aware of my aliveness.
Excellent workout and motivation. If my joints, weren't falling apart (I'm pretty arthritic) causing me to switch to lower impact exercise, I would have kept coming for a long time. But because my lower body seems to be falling apart I'm going to try the Peloton to see if I can get good cardio with less joint impact on the hips, knees, and legs.
It's been an awesome 2 year journey for me. This is the longest commitment I've ever made to an exercise program. I just keep coming back for more life !! I love the coaches. Not only do they model exercises, provide modifications, and encourage each of us, they are always there for a quick check-in to answer questions, provide suggestions and give those awesome OTF high 5's.
