I love that it is a guided workout. I don’t have to think I just come in and follow the great instructions. I’m motivated to do my best and work hard. The heart rate monitor really helps to push you harder into the orange zone. Everyone is super friendly. Such a great workout environment.
I love that I just have to show up and get it done, it’s always motivating and pushes me to work harder than I would in the gym on my own. It’s a fun atmosphere with great coaches!

I love working out at OT Barrie. Coaches Johnny, Nicole, Scott & Jodi make my workouts fun, engaging and push me to be better. The music is always amazing and I find the equipment is kept clean and serviced regularly if there is an issue.
The front desk associates are always so friendly and ready to help whenever I have a question.
My only piece of constructive feedback is I wish there were more class times on the weekends as often I am unable to come to the morning classes due to work or school and an afternoon slot would be lovely. I acknowledge this might not be a popular opinion though and understand scheduling can also be hard these days.
I like the way the instructors constantly give encouragement to keep trying, reminders of the benefits of exercising and modifications for floor exercises. The music makes me move! The members say hi before class and the front desk associates are always smiling.
The science behind the workout is amazing and I find it interesting as I get to know my target heart rate zone and how I can benefit from it the more I workout.

I have been to other gym's, but none of them had coaches like to ones at OTF. They encourage, explain and correct your workout BEFORE you hurt yourself. And it's the little corrections. ( your stance, the width of your legs, the way you're holding your weights, or how you're running/jogging/ walking. They push you to get the absolute most our of YOUR workout! And of course, the new friends that you make along the way.. I start my day at OTF at 5:30am and am lost when I don't go..
