I like the energy that comes from the coaches and friendliness from all the staff as well as the fact I'm in and out in an hour and feel like I actually got a workout.
I can workout with my wife and still get a good workout :).
Also, I being able to track my heart rate throughout to make sure I continue bringing that high intensity even at the end of the workout.

My top 3 reasons that I love the OTF workouts and I'm quick to recommend my friends and co-workers to come try a FREE session: (1)every day is a different workout, (2)the coaches also workout so they can relate to us and interject from personal experience and (3)there's a "family" feeling to the positive atmosphere.
Love that it pushes me. I have never been a runner so I love that the work out is also designed for joggers and fast walkers. The best part is i can track my work out and how hard I am working. It definitely helps me push myself harder to reach those splat points. The team is great. And the owners are sweet hearts !
What's not to love? Anyone who complains about OTF needs ornery pills or something. It's an absolute good and I love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The workouts are thorough, challenging, and EFFECTIVE. I adore all the coaches. They all seem to genuinely care about making sure every person is watched over and meets their goals.
I've heard that people have complained about trivial things such as the music not being right, or not being able to hear Katie, etc... Don't listen to that. Everything is awesome!!
I like the camaraderie between the members that is developing as well as the coaches and the difficulty of the workouts. I'm amazed they don't seem to get easier and I think it's because I'm motivated to keep working harder.
