It is one hour and I love having a coach giving direction. I’m always so proud that I worked out that hard every time. I would never do it with that intensity alone.
Patrick, Lena, Deeya, Emily and the whole team are excellent and you get a great workout without competition. It is varied with good music and you can challenge yourself depending on how you feel any particular day.
I've been very happy with OTF. The routine is just the right length and the workouts are structured so that I can push myself at a pace I feel comfortable with. The coaches are always helpful witthout being pushy. The only reason for not giving a 10 is I wish there was more ab work incorporated.

The workout was challenging but very rewarding. I enjoyed the go at your own pace weight floor. The coach was fantastic and the front desk team was very nice.
I love having a professional there to correct my form; injuries can happen so easily from improper movement, so this is important to me. The atmosphere was really nice: great music, nice people and very clean! When I first walked in, the front desk staff member (Nicole) was super helpful and welcoming. The instructor (Channin) was awesome, and very motivational.
Everyday is a new challenge so you will never get in the rut of doing the same ole workout routine. Class environments allow you to meet new people and essentially begin to feed off of one another.
The coaches! And the way that it can be intensified or scaled back to accommodate everyone (i.e. I get to push myself really hard while others are doing their thing)
The combination and variety of treadmill, water rower, and floor exercises for most workouts allows me to get a great and different workout at each workout session. I wish that core exercises were integrated more often though.
I like that the workout is done in an hour and it can be as intense as you like. The intensity is always your choice. Every time I do a workout I feel like I have accomplished something. And I’m almost always sore somewhere. I think that just goes to show that it’s an all body workout and how out of shape I am!
