That's the law of progressive overload—lift something a little bit heavier each day, get a little bit stronger. Run a little faster each day, get a little bit, faster. Because it helps you win at life! Setting and achieving fitness goals helps you set and achieve goals in every other aspect of your life.

I love that I am encouraged and supported throughout my workout and that each time, I push myself harder than the time before. The trainers know me by name and take time to get to know who I am and push me to meet my fitness goals.

Uhhhhhh everything: the coaches, the front desk staff, the workouts, the other members, bonus events (I.e. Dri-Tri, workshops, etc.). It’s all amazing.
