The OTF classes have changed my fitness level drastically. Each workout feels dynamic and new, while not being so unfamiliar that I am having to re-learn how to process. The coaches genuinely care about you and pay attention to your progress - having that extra cheerleader who notices when your speed goes up on the treads, or when you start lifting heavier weights makes all the difference.
I love the fact that each workout is different. It doesn't get boring! I also love that different parts of the body are targeted. It's almost like working out with a personal trainer in a group setting!
The trainer was great at watching form and correcting it, while not being overwhelming. The design of the class itself is awesome in that people of drastically different fitness levels can get an equally intense workout in the same class.
Interval training and circuit training.
I have been an OTF member for about a year now. I tried the new location as it is a little closer to my house than the Tigard location. It was great to take a class that wasn't a 3G as I actually got to do a run/row workout. Chris, the coach, was awesome. He was very encouraging and helpful correcting form. Since it was such a small class, he was able to give individual attention. I will be back!
