I love the consistent encouragement from the coaches! They are so helpful too when fixing form on the floor :)
The structure of the tread block is nothing like I would ever have done at the gym by myself! It really knows how to push you and make you sweat!
I like that the workouts are preplanned and lead by the coaching staff. I don’t have to create my own routines. I can just come in and get a great workout with a well balanced routine.

For 60 minutes you don’t have to think! You just execute the workout the coaches create for that specific class.
