I made a commitment to myself at least until September for my 50th birthday. I enjoyed the staff, coaches and other members. Everyone's encouraging! More than likely I definitely will continue on after my birthday! Right now my goal is to make it until September. The weird thing is I'm enjoying the workouts.
I been attending OTF for almost a year and I love everything about it! From The Instructors to the Desk clerks and of course the Workouts. The atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating. I see and feel better every month ! If you haven’t joined yet I suggest you join! It’s totally worth it.
I just turned 60. Orangetheory has absolutely changed my life physically I’m mentally. The best shape of my life since high school. I look forward to going to classes every day. Always meeting up with friends, talking with the coaches and the staff. Everybody is awesome.
I love the fact that at the end of the workout, I feel like I've worked really hard. I get my cardio and my strength training all in on classI I love the positive energy and upbeat tempo of the classes. The comraderie of the members is wonderful!
I LOVE everything about OTF! The workouts are always different so I'm never bored. The coaches are amazing and the community of people are so supportiveof one another!
I love that everyday is different and challenging. The energy is contagious and pumps me up to work harder! I am the person that needs to be pushed so the heart rate monitor, other members and coaches do that for me! It's accountability and exhilarating at the same time!
I like the workouts because of the structuring and coaching. I do not care for the app and the algorithm that tracks workouts and records splats and calories. If you can ignore the fact that it is not always accurate, then getting too many or not enough splats will not matter.
