I tried all types of classes, like all of them! Coaches are pretty nice too! It’s more fun to take classes here than working out alone!
Just wish we could have Yoga/Pilates classes in the future.

They make a difference, helping me with form and pushing me to dramatically improve my health and fitness. The workouts are solid, and I enjoy the variety. There are always fun events and milestones to look forward to.
