I love the fact that it’s challenging but definitely doable. The staff there is wonderful so nice and friendly. Even the members were like a fun little family at that location.
I love that exercises can always be modified and that I can keep up with how I'm doing. Because they're recorded, you can always keep track of your progress. You never feel like you "can't" because you are only competing against yourself, and who better to beat!?
I love the full body workout and variety! I also like that I’m guided throughout the class so don’t have to really think on what to do next. I also love the music and front desk people and coaches at my Bellaire (Houston) location!!!
It’s one hour and get great cardio and strength training workout in that time slot. I like the variety of the workouts and it is like having a personal trainer but with friends.
It has been great and trainers are wonderful! I have been going to Nicholas’ and Megan’s classes often because their classes mostly fit my schedule. They are both fantastic! And front desk people are very welcoming. Thank you!
it is a comprehensive, full body workout. However, the ap needs some work. I should be able to see how many spots are left open in a class. I now can only see if there is a waitlist. That is not helpful. I want to now if the class is close to capacity - so if I need to sign up to save myself a spot, I can do so.
I like that it is a guided workout with coaches that show you exactly how to do each exercise and give options in case you are not yet physically able to work at that performance level or have a physical limitation. The exercises are varied and challenging without being so difficult that you get discouraged.
