Friendly environment and group exercise is a big motivation! Although, I would have liked someone to go over the machines and explain the features and what they cover in the class. Also, no one walked me through terms and conditions on the class booking and cancellation.

The music, the coaches, the camaraderie. Appreciate combining cardio and strength or the ability to just do a strength workout when my knees need a break from running.

Compact great workout with music and instruction in 1 hour. We also like the guidance from the coaches on form in doing the exercises. We like the type of workout with combination of strength, endurance , core, balance. The facility is clean and convenient and the attendees are nice too.

The kindness of the staff, the sense of community, the variety of cardio & strength within each class and variety of class types, the energy of the coaches. I was intimidated to join. Glad I took advantage of the free introductory class. The one-on-one attention as a newcomer was welcoming. I was all in after one class.

The coaches are amazing. They really make the workouts special. I enjoy running and rowing so the cardio challenges are a huge bonus for me. I dislike lifting weights but the incorporation of all modalities keeps me "honest" in my health journey. I am so strong and OTF augments my outdoor pursuits; snowboarding and surfing. I honestly do not think at the ripe age of 48 I would be able to participate in backcountry skinning/riding and surf excursions without the strength and endurance the studio has afforded me. The studio accepts all walks of life, all are welcome, and health is a top priority for all staff and it really shows.

I like the compact one hour workout set to good music and form guidance by knowledgable and friendly coaches . I like being able to see my heart rate on the screen and getting reward splat points . I push myself more at these classes then I would otherwise. I like the strength and core exercises and working with the straps. I like the good ventilation with many fans and front door open which is comforting in this covid and flu era. I like the natural high afterwards and boost in energy for the rest of the day. It's a good healthy way to start off my day. And it's an activity I do with my family - spouse and daughter. I like the emailed results of my workout.
