The coaches are excellent! I take classes from Sabastian Monday and Wednesday. I appreciate how he makes sure we have good form in our various exercises. Initially my lower back hurt after working out. Sabastian took the time to make sure I had good form. His instruction made a dramatic improvement in my overall fitness; and no more back pain.
I take classes with Karyn on Fridays and am always energized by her vibrant energy. Karen also makes sure you have good form in your exercises. I see constant improvements in my overall fitness. And she always makes everyone laugh; she is hilarious!
Very appreciative to the entire OT team
First of all, I like the positivity! Friendly encouragement and lack of (obvious, anyway) judgement about skill, age and fitness level helps me feel that I can keep coming back.
I like the structure even though I can get lost with setting timing, remembering my distances, etc. sometimes. I like the focus on form and effectiveness, why and how an exercise works. I like having a variety of activities which keep me engaged and help me have a balanced workout and body awareness/fitness.
I like that it can be self-driven and as competitive as one wishes. I like that it doesn't seem to be a place where people are strutting around showing off. I like that the employees are helpful and positive, people were very encouraging to me in my first class.
