I love that I don't have to think about the work out, I can just show up and get a full body workout. The coaches are very helpful and always super supportive and encouraging. Before Orange theory I was never an athletic person, now I can say that not only do I enjoy working out but I look forward to my workouts as well. My mobility has also improved, when I first started I was not able to get up from the bench press with out having to maneuver myself in a awkward way.

I hate working out, but OTF makes it easier in so many ways. First, during the workout, I don't have to think about what to do next or how many reps; there's a coach guiding me the entire time with only positive feedback and encouragement. I can do the exercises to the extent that I'm able to do them, not a set weight or speed with no negative talk from the coach. You're busy the entire workout so there's no time for other people to look at you and judge. It's not a meat market situation at all, but it's a positive supportive space. For me, the hardest part about a workout is showing up. If I sign up for a workout time, I'll be charged if I cancel in fewer than eight hours. That bit of accountability always gets me to the gym. From there, it's just a matter of getting through the hour and I am ALWAYS glad I made it at the end of the workout. I've never once regretted working out.

It’s realistic to the way in which you actually workout when doing your sport: stretches at top & bottom of class, varied pacing, quick-short-sprints, lulls, aerobics, actual rests, no single sequence is ever over done, variety of workout routines each day/class. High quality assets: workout is directed and done w a trained coach; specific body functions are monitored; staff cares; studio is always ‘clean’!! -[FIRST NAME REMOVED]
