The instructors at OT help keep you on tract and provide encouragement and personalized instruction throughout the workout. The combination of treads, rower and floor provides a challenging organized workout.
I used to feel that the cardio was just too much but it seems that format or programs have changed and they are fantastic!- so much fun and enjoyable ,and easier for me to choose to either go hard or take it easy. Coaches, and front desk team are great!
I feel amazing after I leave the gym!! No matter your level you can adjust to your needs. The best part is you do not have to worry about what to do. You just show up and the coaches motivate you through a great workout. Where let's be honest, you'll do more than you would by yourself.
As someone who has never really enjoyed working out, Orange Theory is something I really look forward to. The workouts are unique and face paced which doesn't give someone like me much room to complain in the moment! The coaches are positive and always pushing me to do my best. I feel so much better after each workout and its really jumpstarted me to hit my fitness goals. I also think the membership model and prebooking classes helps to keep me accountable. I just love it all around!
