I love the energy and the fact that all I have to do is show up and do my best. No workout planning involved and no staring at all the gym equipment wondering what to do. Plus, I've seen better results than I ever did training on my own.
I love that it keeps you engaged, it moves quickly, you feel like it's attainable and you can make it as hard as you need for your personal fitness and goals. The people are amazing (both staff and attendees alike!)
Good, intense cardio workout. Between the running on the treadmill and the rowing machine, most classes have me working very hard, burning between 530-560 calories, and earning 18-24 splat points. Also, the class goes by quickly because it's block/rotation structure.
I loved my first OTF class so much that I purchased a package, and signed up for my next workout immediately afterward. Our instructor (Amy) did a great job of explaining the workouts, and coaching us through as the hour progressed. I left feeling energized, refreshed, and most importantly, challenged and accomplished.
