A great mix of cardio and strength; fun and motivational atmosphere; convenient workout times and location; great monetary value.

Well planned, organized and executed programs. Good coaches (Lisa, for example), front desk staff and environment. Reasonable price also helps.

I like the variety of movements and the music. The length of the class is perfect

I like that there is a very early morning session to accommodate my morning routine. I really like that each session is unique and a challenging workout.

Great atmosphere for great workouts. Lisa, Alex, Kim and Daniela are all good coaches. Do it at your own pace, but push as hard as you can handle. Well worth the price and certainly recommend to anyone interested in improving their own conditioning, health and outlook.

Love it! The music keeps me motivated. The coaches are all friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with questions or concerns. I love that it's a different workout every day and there are always different ways to push yourself.
