Love the pairing of cardio and strength training with intervals. It’s like constant motion - no time (well not much time :) ) to stop and think about how tired I am. It’s competitive but not shaming - love the heart rate goals. Overall a great way to help people get fit!!
I love that it is different every time! The coaches are so motivating and positive that I want to do my very best work out each time I go. I love that they know my name and that the workouts are really personal.
