I love so many things about Orange Theory so hard to pinpoint one, but I love the enthusiasm of the coaches, and the variety and intensity of the workouts. I love that people of all ages come and enjoy the work ot and cheer eachother on it is a great motivation for me.

The coaches and staff are friendly and helpful. OT workouts challenge me without trying to kill me. I would NOT challenge myself if working out alone, so OT is great for me.
Depending on how you feel on any given day, the workout can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be. After only two or three weeks with OTF, I noticed and dramatic improvement in strength and cardiopulmonary endurance. Also, every instructor I have had is fantastic. They help me with my form and push me to try harder if they see I can do more. To top it off, the music selection helps me keep pushing through some really tough running intervals. I honestly can't think of anything to dislike about OTF.
I love the combination of cardio and weight floor exercises because I feel like I get a full-body workout every time I go to Orange Theory! And I love all the coaches!!
