I have thoroughly enjoyed my switch from a commercial gym to OTF. I have enjoyed my instructors and feel like I am putting myself out of my comfort zone doing these work outs rather than creating my own.
The workouts are very effective at improving cardio health, muscle strength and balance. The variety of workouts ensure that complacency does not settle in and that your body is constantly evolving. The changes are slow and steady which increases the likelihood of maintaining the results achieved.
It's an effective approach towards maintaining a great level of fitness and staying focused on maintaining your health if you hadn't grown up playing a sport or working out in a structured way.
I love the workouts at Orange Theory. They are effective and I never leave feeling like I didn't get a good workout in. Coaches are wonderful and so is the atmosphere.
Great workout, friendly staff. Coaches are wonderful, monitor all in the class and push you to go beyond what you may believe to be your limit. Always a wonderful feeling after completing the class.
I love the coaches and the front desk staff! The energy in the room while the workout is going on is great- I love that I don’t have to think about what to do at the gym, it’s already made up for you. Great support and I don’t feel anybody being negative at my location.
The workouts are designed in a way that everyone, no matter their fitness level, can get a lot out of them. The coaches are great and the workouts are fun.
