The guided exercise / circuit training is key for me, as well as the personal attention to ensure we're doing exercises right, to avoid injury and get the most out of each session.

Each workout is different. They are varied, hit different parts of my body, and I end up doing exercises that I never would on my own. It's an excellent fun class each time.
I love that I can show up and always know I’m going to get a well-rounded workout that challenges me. I don’t have to plan a workout and ensure I’m hitting all the muscle groups or challenging my cardio - it’s easy, just show up and the coaches do the rest.
Since joining OTG last fall, I am more fit now than another other time in the past 10 years (53). I have done close to 70 classes. I look forward to each class. Great community of fitness conscious people to stay motivated. Highly recommended.
I like that the workouts at OTF are always different with focus on a variety of muscles as well as types of training (strength/cardio/endurance/power). The classes are dynamic as are the coaches and your progress and goals are measurable with the OTF heart monitor. The environment itself is super welcoming and comfortable to workout in.
