I live the variety. I love that the intensity is up to you and your heart rate. The coaches are awesome. My only bit of feedback is that the quality of music played has suffered. When I first started there was a higher variety of up beat motivating music. Combination of all "genres ". Now 1/2 of the whole work out is wrap, which I don't mind but NOT for 30-45 min. Damien always had the best variety. I know this is a tough topic just hope for more variety. Thanks for all you do!!! I love love love OT!

Orange Theory Fitness in Blue Bell, PA is a special place. All of the staff are welcoming, flexible and energetic. The workout is unique and different each time you go. The coaches truly love what they do and their passion shows during the class. They make an effort to get to know your potential and encourage you throughout. They also teach modifications for the exercises, if you need to adjust the level of intensity. I would highly recommend OTF Blue Bell for a positive, unique and exciting workout.

I'm actually a member at a different location, but when my office relocated, it became more convenient to go to the Blue Bell location, so that is where I currently workout. The team at Blue Bell is terrific; friendly and professional. The workouts fly by, and the fitness staff keeps you motivated through the entire workout. Although I am not someone who enjoys exercising, I really do look forward to the workouts at Orange Fitness.

I love the 3 block work-outs where equal time is spent running, rowing, and with free weights. It makes a very balanced work-out that doesn't get boring. Also, I LOVE the instructors!
