It is more than the work out. Anybody can go through the movements but when you have coaches that motivate you and personalize the workouts it pushes you beyond your limits . When they know you by name and look forward to seeing you and give you a sense of accountability . This alone makes a good workout , great .
I enjoyed the small group structure of the class and the variety of exercises. I would have liked a little less treadmill and more weights. Although I have weight trained for a long time and I understand that form is everything, my son who was there with me, needed a little guidance on form.
I appreciate that the trainers were checking on him on the treadmill but he needed a little help with the weights and what to do.
I signed him up for the month so hopefully he will get the input from the trainers in the weight area.

I've been coming since March- trying to hit 3x a week. I can see results already!
I like orange theory for the great coaches (Joe, DJ, and Tyler), and the fact that after a day of teaching school where I'm talking all day, I can come in to OT, and in 55 minutes do my workout without speaking or thinking much- the coaches do that for me- I just listen and do!
