I love the West Boca staff and trainers!
The workouts are tough but literally become addicting! The trainers and staff are hardcore but happy and encouraging always. I spent a lot of years doing boot camps and crossfit type training and the only thing I can say is that I wish OT had come along years sooner.
I really don't "enjoy" the workout, but it is effective. Each time I think why am I doing this.
Then, I got my bloodwork back and found my liver condition in remission for the first time in over a decade. The only change has been my efforts at OTF. I don't think I will ever like the workout, but I like the results.
The workout is only as good as the coach. Joe, Tyler and Victoria keep the energy level high and are truly focused on the best each person can perform.
I have been to at least 10 different OTF studious and this one by far is #1.
I like the group environment, the music, the mix of workout between cardio and weights and a coach to motivate the group as a whole (I do not want or care for individual attention or being singled out to be pushed harder or corrected). I like that you can go at your own pace, and walk if you want to walk or run if you want to run. I think it is important for the trainers to know that some days I go just to get in a very light workout and not to be pushed, and for them to also know I may not be feeling well and have many issues that I do not care to discuss, but I came anyway and am only at 50% and have no intention of going 110%. The trainers are very nice and have the best intentions to help and to motivate, but for some people the extra motivation is not needed, not helpful, and a distraction more than anything.
