Variety and challenge. One suggestion- put a shade over the windows. Sun is blinding in the morning. I have to do TRX rows with my eyes closed.

I love that I get a full cardio and weight based workout in one hour. I have limited time to exercise in my busy schedule and found other classes were heavy on cardio or weights, here I get a great balance and always leave class feeling like I have pushed myself to the limit. The instructors are all great motivators and I am seeing and FEELING the results I was hoping for in a few short months. A big shout out to Coach Victoria from Brighton, who truly inspires me to be my best at every class she coaches.

It's a complete workout in 1 compact hour and it's very satisfying and motivating to see the results on the monitor. The staff is great and friendly and the price is right for the type of workout you get.

I love the intensity, how much it inspires you to push yourself, and Jessie is the most amazing coach. There is really no comparison to how I feel after a regular gym sessions versus post-Orange Theory. It is so uplifting.

I love OTF because it makes me feel confident! Every M,W,F morning at 5 when I have to wake up for Brian's class, I can barely get out of bed. I try to convince myself that I should probably go back to bed but in the end I know that going will only make me feel better- and I'm right. During class, I love that Brian pushes me- whether it's on the rower or making me take a 15-pound weight instead of 10. And after class, I'm tired but on a high! I can not only see my progress in my speeds on the treadmills or weights I can carry but also in my confidence!
