I love how intense it is and it's only 60 minutes. You can't replicate that sort of workout anywhere else on your own, I've tried and the best results come from OTF

I like that the workouts are always different and challenging. There is always room to improve and grow, and there is no judgement. I've grown to love the rower and even though I dislike the inclines, I've learned to push through it. The friendly staff also plays a role because if it wasn't welcoming I wouldn't want to be there.

I love how enthusiastic the trainers are and the fast paced nature of every workout. Event at a 5:30am workout they keep you awake and motivated to make the most of your 1hour workout!

The motivation that I receive from the trainers. They push me to the next level, which is exactly what I need... and they do so because they know that's what I need. When it comes to others, they may need a more nurturing or hands on approach. This is exactly what they get, because the trainers train you individually based off of YOUR individual goals/needs just in a group setting.

I love Orange Theory because it is as challenging as you want it to be. The relationships your form with the staff pushes you to make it harder each time so you give your personal best. Also, I love the versatility of the workouts because it never gets old and keeps me coming back for more!
