The instructor was very clear with the instructions. The class good mix of floor exercises. Treadmill and rowing intervals were challenging. The facility was clean, front desk staff was helpful and gave necessary information for the membership etc
It pushes me to levels I would not do on my own. It keeps me accountable. It is an effective combination of heart rate training, strength training and core strengthening which contributes to fat loss and building lean muscle.
It's incredibly challenging. As a former athlete in her fifties now, I need a hardcore workout that is safe and healthy. OTB fits the bill. From the coaches to the desk staff, I have never met a more encouraging and positive group of people in the fitness industry. I also love how friendly everyone is and how people always say hello and lift each other up. I have often seen people turn to each other on the rowers and on the floor to say "good job." And what about my body? I am zipping up ten year-old dresses now! I would rec OTB to people of all ages and all types of fitness. You have to start somewhere and this is the place to do it right.
I am pushed and motivated more than I could ever do myself! Pumping music, upbeat trainers and friends, working out and sweat= the best start to the day! I feel so much better after my workout, and am ready to take on the day.
pretty much everything...first and foremost - the trainers. They are engaged and compassionate about you getting a solid workout.. my shout outs are to Kate, Kerri, Victoria and Brian!! (and not to limit the others _ my schedule just works when they are on). The variety of workouts help with keeping it fresh and new. The music helps to motivate!
