This workout was the most fun I have ever had running on a treadmill. I enjoyed the mix of movements, high-intensity environment, and motivating trainer. It was also a great opportunity to mix in some different training to my usual 5x per week Crossfit classes. Thanks to the helpful team for a great experience.
Never boring and great incorporation of weights, which is what I need the most. My only "issue" (and it's really just preference) is that the rowers can only be set to watts (I greatly prefer split time as a measure of pressure) and the rower handles are so uncomfortable, would be amazing to have some grips available. This is bratty requests from a rower, though :)
I get bored in most classes but this OTF keeps my mind in the "right" space-- motivated, throughout the entire hour. I also love tracking myself on the monitor. I had no idea how motivating that would be as well. The staff seems super cool and helpful, too!
I have never left Orangetheory disappointed. It's a great workout every time no matter what. I have now taken classes at the Orangetheory in Burlington and Kendall. Compared to the Burlington, the teachers are better in Brighton. They are experienced, they pay attention to everyone and remember you.
