It's nice to not have to worry about what you're going to do/think of your own workout when you get to the gym. The workouts also don't feel like an hour because you switch exercises so often and it's nice having other people to motivate you, especially with any partner workouts.

I absolutely loved it! By being an athlete my whole life I have been very competitive. I love the competitiveness. I love how during the entire workout your heart rate is up and your constantly moving.

The workouts are great and generally well composed. The music and lighting contribute to the workout motivation. The real draw, though are the awesome coaches!

It's an incredible workout combining Both strength training and cardio. I've worked out at many gyms, all woman's, the Y, personal training, yoga, kickboxing, Pilates, crossfit. I've done a lot and this is the best of everything. Always challenging, great training staff, and I finally got the results I was trying to get for over 10 years! Weight loss, building muscle and toning! The best gym, by far!

It holds me accountable to work out regularly, and while I'm not all that crazy about the music or the brand culture, it's very convenient and I get a much harder and more functional workout than I would if left to my own devices.
