OT could do better at thanking those members who referred their friends to OT. I have referred two friends in the last few months and never got any acknowledgement. It is not a big deal to me, but since there is a different reward every month, OT should try to monitor, acknowledge and reward its members, as promised.
Great trainer provided motivation and help with correct form. Front desk staff was very helpful to me when I visited from out of town. They set up my heart rate monitor and showed me the exercise area. Thank you!
It's the ONE workout that you can do that covers everything - power, cardio, strength, endurance as well as flexibility in a super fun environment. And it never gets oldnor boring. I lost 23 pounds in one year and have kept it off for another 14 months and I attribute it all to OTF!!
I like the variation, and doing the activities as a group is way more motivating than doing it alone. I pushed myself further than I thought I could and it felt amazing! The coach/instructor is very encouraging as well and it was helpful to get specific guidance on the proper form for the rower and the weight lifting. It was the perfect mix of having a personal trainer and a group class environment.
I love that there are lots of times to choose in the day. I can always squeeze in a workout. I love that it is fast and I never get bored. I love it when the instructor cranks the music up when you start a block or exercise.
Some instructors don't play the music loud and I find it not as much fun or no motivation to push. Heart rate is the main drive and I love how easy it is to read on the main screen.
