Coaches are great at providing instruction and motivation (especially Tony, Megan and Maggi). Workouts provide variety to keep me engaged. I love the music to distract me during cardio and the feedback board to keep me accountable.
While endurance workouts generally aren't my favorite, Megan made it a very enjoyable experience. She has great enthusiasm which helped me continue going through the hard stretches of the workout. Even though I am a personal trainer she still checked in with me on form for the weight portion and rowing to make sure I didn't have any questions and she didn't assume that I knew everything, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall it was a great experience and at the end I definitely wanted to come back for another workout.
I think it is a well balanced workout. I like that every workout is a different workout. I think the trainers and other staff members are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It is a good way to leave the cares of the moment behind for an hour.
