The energy, expertise and workout are perfect for all levels of fitness and goals. I feel like I get a complete workout each and every time. Boulder OT instructors provide a fun, energetic environment to workout in.
I liked how you can work at your own pace and weight choice, but still feel the pressure to perform at your best. I also really like the dim, orange hue of the workout space and how the workouts are always changing
Pushes me to run and lift heavier weights. The coaches are encouraging and push me without being overbearing. I'm a total endorphin junkie and this is the perfect workout for me to train for the all the activities i do outside the gym.
I like that it's different each time and when the music is good and loud (like Mike's classes). I wish he taught more than one day per week!
I don't think sending the same survey questions that only ask for positive feedback is the best way to get what you're looking for :).
