The workouts are always different and always hard! I really love the coaches and their commitment to all of us and keeping us working hard. I love the planned events and weeks with incentives to do more. I love how helpful the front desk people are too. Boulder OT rocks!
I love the combination of cardio and strength training. The instructors provide excellent strength training and the exercises have made a notable difference in my running speed and all around triathlete racing. I feel stronger and more balanced after 6 months of adding OTF to my training. Just got a PR in the swim and bike segments at IM boulder 70.3! A lot of this is attributable to the strength gained from twice a week PTF workouts!
I enjoy the variety of workouts at Orange Theory Fitness, each day is something different, unique and challenging in just the right ways. It is great to be in a room full of people of all different fitness levels, drawing energy from eachother.
Boulder studio is my home OTF studio AND the BEST studio since coaches are very experienced and staff are so friendly. Equipment are new and well maintained.
Trust me. I traveled a lot and been to many OTF studios. Compared with them, Boulder is the best.
To request, I would like to have one more evening class on Friday, like 6pm. Please!!!
