I like the intensity of the workout and the ability to cross train in 1 hour. I leave orange theory and know I got a great workout in a short period of time. I have gotten a lot stronger since I started 6 months ago.
I like how I can see my heart rate on the screen because then I know how much to more to push myself even if I'm tired. I also like the variety of exercises, and how there is a trainer to correct form and encourage heavier weights when needed.
