I like the positive energy, the whole body workout, and knowing I will work our far harder than I would on my own. I also like the flexibility of having the workouts available during different time in the day.
It's hands-down the best 60-minute full body workout. The coaches are super supportive and are always helping with proper form, whether it's on the treadmill, the rower, or in the weight room. I've been going to OTF for four years now and I don't feel that I've plateaued in any aspect, which is a testament to OTF's mindful workouts. I might be in my late 40s, but my body is truly in the best shape its ever been.
I love everything about OTF workouts! As a working mom, I love that it's one hour for me where I can challenge myself and push as hard as I can. I look forward to all the coaches and their styles and especially love the fun music they play. It's such a welcoming place where no one feels judged. I don't remember how long I've been going for, but I still look forward to the workouts.
