I'm a long distance cyclist so I'm used to "working out" continuously for several hours at time on long rides. I love how orange theory is only one hour out of my day, but I come away every time feeling like I just got several hours worth of workout for my body. I love that the exercises are different every time I go. It keeps things interesting and energetic.
The coaches and staff care about me as a person, and not just anot her customer. The music is always energetic and motivating. It's the exact same music I'd choose for my own workout playlist. Each workout is total body fitness, which means every time I go I am getting a good workout. My muscle strength increases, and my cardiovascular health improves every time I go. This is the best one hour workout EVER!!!!
The workout is always varied and doesn't get stale or boring. The exercises can be as challenging as you want them to be and the ability to watch your progress throughout gives extra motivation to push it into the orange and red zone.
I'm actually sweating! I love the heart rate monitor and that it connects to an app! I feel like I'm challenged every workout and I feel so good afterwards! My husband keeps commenting how happy and energized I am after a workout. I love it!
I love everything about it!! I love that I don't get the same workout each time. And the fact that I am seeing results so fast. All my friends are now interested in what I'm doing because they are seeing a change also.
