It has direction and I do not need to worry about which machine or exercise to perform next. I also don't need to worry about whether or not the machine I want is available. I also like how the instructors help you with your form during exercises and correct bad form.

It’s a fu. Workout. I love that all I have to do is show up and put in the work. It’s challenging yet rewarding as well, especially on benchmark days when you can see your progression.
I love to zone out and just focus on what I'm doing. I am so present and in the moment. The guided workouts and group setup allow for me to be fully present. I also really thrive with the encouragement from the coaches. They push me and correct my form so I get the most out of every workout!
I have written lengthy reviews in the past. This one will be basic. I'm approaching 150 classes and going strong. I am so grateful for the benefits I receive by going to OTF twice a week. I am noticeably stronger than I was before I started. My endurance and stamina grow week by week, and I feel so accomplished after finishing a workout. I am in my 70's, and OTF has and is improving my life. The cost of my membership is well worth it because, despite being in a class, we get individual help and encouragement. Last but NOT least, I always push my self at OTF much harder than I would if I was exercising at home. And, amazing myself, I can do it!!!
Challenging but accessible as everyone can choose their own weights/speed/effort. Moves quickly. Nice mix of HIT, endurance aerobic, strength training. Always has a new challenge and doesn’t overemphasize one skill or muscle group. Has a nice sense of camaraderie and purpose but people clearly come to work not socialize. A much more thorough and intense hour of exercise then I get exercising on my own.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that if I can run fast, row strong and lift heavy things I get to feel like I’m training to be an ancient warrior of some kind.
I like that weights and cardio are combined in one class. I’m in and out in an hour and the coach tells me exactly what to do. I don’t have to plan or think about it. And the coaches are great!
Most effective, efficient 1 hour workout! I love that I can get in, get a great full body workout at whatever intensity my body is ready for that day, and get out feeling like i have it my all. 10/10 recommend, no matter your age or fitness level!
The coaches are absolutely incredible and the format is the best of both worlds. You get the high energy of a group class with the specialized attention of a personal trainer mixed in. It’s never boring and I always come out of a class feeling like I worked my hardest. It’s been a very positive part of my life.
