Every workout is challenging and keeps you busy! I love how you move from tread to row to weights. Not boring and always something new!
Liz, Colleen and Johnnie are awesome and I haven’t had Kim or Jacob much so don’t know. Im sure they are amazing as well!
The coaching is exceptional. The coaches help prepare you for every phase of the workout and encourage you as you push yourself.
The positive attitudes and kindness of everyone.. Bowling Green Orangetheory is a exceptional at making you feel included and a member of their team. An amazing place and opportunity for a person to reach their fitness goals.
Great variety of exercises and options to adjust based on my fitness or physical limitations. The coaches and staff make it feel like home. Everyone is supportive.
The coaches, the workouts are always challenging and changing, I don’t have to think about what I am going to do today at the gym and most of all the support.
I love that I show up, am told what to do and how, and then go home! I don’t have to plan anything. I just show up! I also like the accountability and the atmosphere. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I’ve made some great friends in my year and a half of going to OTF BG! 🧡
There are 2 things I love about OTF. 1. The community. I have made some really encouraging people who have gotten me through some tough times physically. 2. I love that I have someone who coaches me through each workout. The coaches don’t just tell us what to do, they help us by making sure we are doing the exercises correctly, and not underestimating ourselves while we do it.
I love how every day is a different workout! I never get bored- it’s always challenging! Love, love, love the coaches and staff! They are always encouraging you and ready to help you achieve your goals. I’m so glad they added the strength classes to focus more on weight training and the treadmill classes for those wanting more of that. Variety is the spice of life, people! 🧡
I appreciate the variety of workouts. I can come multiple days in the week but work different muscles or do different types of workouts so it never gets boring.
