I never get bored with interval training! Every workout is different and incorporates a variety of equipment (treadmills, rowers, weights, TRX straps, medicine balls, etc.). There are modifications so the workout can be done by anyone. The coaches are my studio are all competent and motivating. A great workout overall!
Is not so much about the workout. It is the people that couches you throughout your work out. It is about the experience and the service. Many gyms fail at the service and experience. I like how the coaches at the Boynton OTF always say... it is a way of life, no temporary diets or routines, you have to adjust the way you eat and your habits. Very true, and it goes hand to hand with the people that coaches you.
