I get very good intensity 3 days a week by going all out and competing with myself during each workout. With the cardio and strength training I do in the gym the other three days of the week gives me a well rounded workout routine. This ultimately helps give me an extra edge with my overall conditioning and keeping me fit for my two sports tennis and Tae Kwon Do.
I was at the 5:30 am class in Boynton beach. Very challenging and dynamic. Also, the coach was fantastic! Very encouraging and upbeat. I have a severe hearing impairment and cannot hear when instructions are being conveyed . She placed me on a treadmill close to her and used hand signals so I would know how much my incline should be, when to push, etc. truly made a difference in how good my workout was! Really and truly appreciated and I'll be going to her classes! 😊😊
I love everything about Orangetheory Fitness workout, but if I have to pick one, I would say it is the variety. I am easily bored, and have been going to Orangetheory for over 6 years and have NEVER had the same workout! How great is THAT!! Thanks for the constant challenges!!
60 mins of working out in an energized atmosphere, with coaches that support and encourage me through the whole session. The coaches at this location have always been more than happy to answer any questions I have to help me get the most out of my workout.
My friend Lori and I were always looking for different ways to get and keep in shape. We tried riding bikes, tennis, running, we even joined a gym, but we got tired of the gym; and our schedules didn't always coincide with one anothers. Then, another friend told us about OTF, and we both signed up in October of 2015. On weekdays, I usually go in the morning before work and Lori goes after work. We try to workout together on the weekend. It's one hour, it's a great workout with trainers that help you along the way.
