I really enjoy OTF because of the structure, the dynamic and engaging workouts, and the sense of community. Personally, I have always done a lot better with group fitness, rather than going to a gym on my own. I love the structure that OTF provides. I like that i don't have to think or plan anything - i can just show up and know that I will get a great workout that is similar enough to demonstrate improvement but also dynamic enough to keep me engaged.
I also enjoy the sense of community at my local studio. When I go to OTF Bradlee, It is so nice to pop in and see your favorite sales associates, coaches, and fellow members. It adds an extra level of energy to the workout even before it starts.
Great place. All instructors are professional and approachable. Front desk crew is top notch…helpful and friendly. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Managed very well.
The workouts appear to be well-designed. I can see my flab slowly becoming muscle (at least in my arms). Also, I love the music. Finally, all the instructors, all with chiseled bodies, give helpful demonstrations and information on weight training technique.
The coaches motivate me more than I could ever motivate myself 😎 also Evan is a rare find, with a good eye for finding top talent, whatever OTF is paying Evan its not enough 😉 Thanks for the new treadmills
I loved attending here. The trainers are great and the workouts are fun. The music also is perfect! I just had to take a step away bc I was not going as often as I wanted to. I hope to go back once I get a routine.
OrangeTheory provides a positive environment.
The coaches and staff are enthusiastic and supportive.
You have the flexibility to choose your own weights on the floor and your own pace on the treadmill. They give guidelines which usually push me to work hard.
I am thankful for OrangeTheory.
Without it, I would probably be 20 pounds heavier and much less energetic.
I like it because it's fun and I feel accountable to myself. Once I sign up for a class I feel obligated to go so there is no going back. I always feel great after the class even when I am exhausted. OT makes me go to class - and that is a good thing.
It's always a challenge that I actually look forward to. For years, working out was a chore and I never stuck with it. But I really do have fun (even if it doesn't show on my face).
