I like the fact that someone else has done all the planning for me. At regular gyms I would have to map out my workout, and motivate myself to accomplish my fitness goal. At OFT, I just show up and show out!! It's like having my own personal trainer and buddies to workout with!
I like everything about OTF workouts! The motivation and vibe is perfect. My favorite part is that I can tell if I need to push myself harder or slow down with the monitor projecting my heart rate. It's a great tool to hold yourself accountable.
I love my coaches and the workouts are never the same. I usually get Coach Ashley and she always make sure your doing the weights correctly and encourages you to challenge yourself. I always feel like I've gotten a good workout when I leave.
Group setting and coaches encourage me to push myself for a good workout. I don't have to think about what to do next, I'm just guided through a good one hour workout. Signing up for sessions makes me way more likely to go, and I'm always glad I did. The points are also an excellent motivator, especially for those of us that are competitive in nature.
The coaches! I also like that every day is different. I like that I don't spend too long on one exercise, instead it changes fast enough so I don't get bored. I like that I can see my heart rate so I know if I am pushing hard enough. I like the relationships I have made with other members.
Overall pretty much like the OrangeTheory I use in Troy, MI. One thing I would suggest is to look into upgrading the treadmills. We have 1 touch incline and speed on the treadmills at our gym and it make the blocks so much easier. Overall pretty much the same experience as my home gym.
I enjoy the whole experience from the minute I walk in the front door. Hannah is very attentive and welcoming and always has a smile on her face. I enjoy how every class is so different and challenging. Liesyl by far is an awesome coach I enjoy her high and positive energy.

It's a challenging workout. I love the heart monitors so you know that you can push yourself more and gauge where you are and where you can be. I love the reports as well post workout - it's nice to see the progress. It's definitely a tough workout but you can make it as tough or as easy for your level as you want. The instructors are great and helpful.
