I'm a 56 year old guy with bad knees and a bad neck. I can go at my pace that works for me, and the instructor gives me alternative options to squats to maximize my workout. I typically get 14 - 20 splat points. I'm not competing against a bunch of 20 something's and feeling inadequate. I can get a great workout and meet my goals for fitness at my own pace.
I love that the coaches actually know what they are doing and their bodies reflect it!! I love that the workouts are different everyday so I know I'm not over-training my body. I love that it works!!!! I love that it's in and out. The music is great! The vibe is great. In my hectic life (mom of 2 young kids, wife, senior executive at my company) this is my slice of heaven each time I get to go, which I never dreamt of saying about working out!
Very hard but the best work out I ever had! At 57 it just made me encouraged to be and do my best at my own speed and level. I love the staff and Coaches who are always their to help and make me preform at my best.
I've seen great improvement in my fitness and my physique since joining Orangetheory in March. The coaches are all awesome and do a great job motivating everyone. Orangetheory is a friendly, supportive environment looking to help us reach our goals. Love, love, love Orangetheory; so glad I joined!!!
I like that it is never the same one hour class. The exercises might be familiar but the class never gets boring The energy of the coaches is contagious. The music is loud and keeps you motivated. I am not a self motivator so this is the best workout for me. I would never go into a fitness club and burn 550 calories in one hour on my own.
