Anyone can do this workout and adjust it to their fitness level. I love that I can just show up and get a great workout without having to think about which weights/machines I should use. Also, all the staff is friendly, welcoming & motivating!
I like that it is a guided workout. I feel like you have a trainer but just shared with the entire class. I feel motivated to run and I'm not a runner. The exercises are great for endurance and strength. I've taken all kinds of fitness classes, from boot camps to cardio kickboxing and I enjoy this one the most. Which is why I signed up immediately after my free session.
