Orange Theory is a wonderful fitness program that is not only fun but highly successful. It is based on interval training with an emphasis on strength, endurance, and cardio. The Coaches are experts at their profession and most proficient. The office staff are very kind and supportive.

I like everything about the work out . I’m also really glad I get more cardio in . It makes it easy to schedule a class because there are so many class times . Trainers are motivating and front desk girls are very helpful .
I love how fast the time goes by, the music & coach & all around good vibes powers me through! Not having a phone to be distracted by or to have to think twice about what I'm doing is awesome. Way more successful in this setting than if I had to do it all on my own.
I loved my first class! Excited to go back this week. It was a great class with a wonderful instructor who kept you motivated and focused. The music was awesome and time flew by. No time to overthink you just dive right on in and it was a challenging workout indeed. I was sore for 3 days afterward, very worth it indeed.
I love the workouts each day at OTF and the coaches who coach us. They are encouraging, inspiring and motivating! Stephanie and Leslie are incredible coaches, who ensure we have proper form on the weight floor and always help us improve. The workouts give you the ability to work as hard as you want to. Its my favorite way to start my day!
Very well run classes and challenging. The coaches are super kind and encouraging.
However, I am not giving a 10 because there are not enough strength classes in the evenings and weekends.
