I like that it is broken up between strength and cardio and that the coaches offer modified positions for those with injuries. They're really accommodating to help everyone get a good workout without getting hurt which is what I like the best.
I am so grateful to have joined Orangetheory. I originally joined Orangetheory last year to get in shape for my wedding and to improve my overall health. I have lost almost 40lbs and continuing to reach my weight loss goal. Last year I could not even finish 1 mile, last month I completed my 3rd 5k in 29 minutes! The coaches are truly invested in seeing people achieve their goals, they work with you if you need any modifications to a work out and they do push you to see what you're truly capable of. I love the fact that I can go in and follow the workout, I can let all the stress go in the gym and just focus on the workout for 1 hour; it truly is a stress relief.
Love the workout! I love how independent it is, how you can go at your own pace, I love having the heart monitor to measure how hard your body is actually working, great trainers usually, always a different workout- but always a great one, perfect amount of time and variety, it's fun and challenging, but doable- from someone who isn't always the most athletic person
I love the variety and the fact that no workout repeats itself. I love that I am wearing a heart monitor that accurately measures my effort. I like the split time between cardio and strength. I love the ESP changes each day. I have worked out my whole life and have never enjoyed classes as much as these!
