I find it difficult to motivate myself to stay consistent with the gym and push myself during a session to get the most out of my effort. Orange theory takes all the difficulty away for me! All of my studio’s trainers know me now after working out with them for some months, and all check in with me on my goals and motivate me in class to do all that I can. Plus, scheduling classes is easy and makes it easy to fit into my schedule.
I like how everything is monitored and working out under the supervision of a coach. Scheduling the workouts ahead; reviewing the results right away to work towards personal goal; very energetic and motivating coaches are some of the highlights of OT workouts.
