This morning was my first class. I loved the TRX and weights combined with the cardio both treadmill and rowing machines. I am doing the 5:30 am class this Thursday and am looking forward to getting into the groove. I think this cross training class is exactly what I have been looking for. Bruce was so helpful and encouraging too.
I was referred to OTF by a colleague and decided to check it out. So glad I did! Stephanie did an excellent job of introducing me and giving the tour of the studio as well as explaining the OTF philosophy. Great workout! Instructor (Devon) was excellent! He made sure I understood the workout and checked in periodically. Great energy, encouragement and music! I'm sold! (-:
I like the variety of the works outs and the intensity. Only thing I would ask is that all of the instructors play music that works for the runners. Some instructors like Delvon do a really good job of matching the songs to the workout and it makes a big difference! If you are trying to run at an all-out and there is a slow song playing it is really distracting and hard to keep motivated.
