I like the mix of cardio and strength training. I also need a trainer present to push me. Knowing where I am in my workout and how much I am burning through the heart rate monitor also helps.

The trainers (Lal and Delvon). I like the variety of movement and level of intensity. That said, I get a little played out on the rowing machine - it bothers my back and hip flexors. And although I am stronger since I started OTF, I wish there was more lower body weighted movement and less squats. My arms feels muscular, but my legs still feel jelly. I attend 4 days per week.

I like that it is a mix of everything, I also like the fact that we can see the calories on the screen. One thing I would like though if we spent more time doing floor workouts.
