I enjoyed the variety the workout and class offered that I otherwise wouldn't focus on myself. Angie was fabulous in paying special attention to the new students to make sure we understand the flow and excersies of the class!

I live the switch up in workouts. I live the trainers and how they motivate you. I like that the heart rate monitor gives you extra motivation. And I also like the accountability. Staff is also great!!!

The heart monitors keep you accountable for yourself, no matter your ability level. Also, before Orangetheory, cardio was my least favorite part of working out, but not anymore. While on the treadmills, I am constantly trying to up my speed, my incline, and my overall distance in a week by week competition with myself.

As I am older, Angie and Kristen always give great options for the floor, are helpful to help do the floor work correctly, and are "clear" what level for walkers on the treadmill. Great!

I like the variety . It was hard to hear trainer and what to do next . In turn it was hard to keep up . Trainer was very helpful when she saw I didn't understand and I was falling behind class. Also warming up in the beginning would be helpful to prevent injury . I Aldo did like that you received emails on your performance and the trainer personally text you the next day that was a nice personal touch . I look forward to giving no Orange Theory another try .

Everything! It is very challenging but rewarding! Instructors are extremely nice, helpful, and energetic! They continue week after week to come up with great workouts with the best playlists. The atmosphere is also what helps make the workout actually fun! Everyone is friendly and helps motivate and push each other. I have never been much of a runner and now I can notice that I can run faster and longer!

You get an intense workout for an hour. If I only have one hour to workout, I need that time in the gym to be effective and efficient. Orangetheory is fun and makes you push yourself to the limits. At the end of the day, I feel great when I have worked out at Orangetheory!
