The coaches are great and really want you to reach your workout potential. The workouts are fun and include the variety of cardio and strength. I never get bored with the workouts and I think that's why I'm in my 10th year with Orangetheory.
I enjoy the dynamic nature of Orange Theory workouts, as well as the fact that the classes can be taken regardless of fitness level (an example of this would be modifications to accommodate my pregnancy). The instructors are very informed and friendly.
Coaches and staff ! In the location where I workout coaches are very concerned and motivating. They always check on me whether I am doing okay and correct me if I am doing anything wrong with posture. Also they encourage you when you’re doing good. OTF workout has been quite an addictive thing for me in my day to day tasks. For me the writings on the wall are a big motivation when I feel like I am getting tired. Staff and coaches note down or keep in mind lot of things about each individual, which makes us feel special. ‘Your power is in your push’. ‘Want more, do more, be more’. ‘Be relentless’.
I like the variety of the workout - cardio and strength training combined. The coaches are great and keep you motivated...been staying motivated since 2014! :-)
It’s completely comprehensive full body workout in a user friendly style and in group setting that’s friendly as well as very supportive for all age groups and with good gender mix as well by well trained professional coaches who are determined to help us improve on ourselves not only as individuals but also as community by leaps and bounds with motivating consistency!
