I like that you get both cardio and strength training in an hour. The teachers are great. They motivate me to push myself harder than I would ever do on my own. I love that they teach about correct form as well. Love OTF!

LOVE the enthusiasm of the coaches and how they treat every individual as an individual, recognizing their strengths and abilities, often before we do! And, the camaraderie of the clients is unlike anywhere I've ever worked out!

The coaches are fantastic and very motivating. I am a cancer survivor and deal with lymphedema in my right arm, so they are great at coming up with work-around exercises when need be. I also love the team workouts as an opportunity to not only work harder (because you don't want to let your teammate down) but also to meet new people/friends. I also think that the workouts are varied enough that you don't get bored. The only thing that would be fun to add would be using the music more as a motivator - i.e. like using verses in music to pump up as you are moving the treadmill in a higher incline, etc. Or having the athletes participate verbally to encourage each other. It's always motivating to hear someone yell - Go Treads!!!

Great coaches. Great staff. Awesome challenging workouts that NEVER get easier. One thing to consider for future. These are high intensity workouts that needs to align with the right diet plan Having nutritional support to truly complete a clients health plan would be super helpful Definitely something I’d use.

I like that it is a 60 min full body workout. It is expensive to me and that will always be my caveat when I refer people. And I want to give a shout out to the staff at Brookfield, trainers and front desk, AWESOME!!
