The workout was pretty intense in a good way, but it took me some time to determine what weights I should be using for which parts. More personalized attention might have meant less fishing around and more HIIT. Also, the ab parts of the class were beginner level, whereas I thought the rest was solid.
I had a great time and felt energized after the workout was completed. This left me with a
-I must come back and continue- attitude. I loved that the workout class motivated me to continue my fitness journey rather than quit.
