I love the OTF BK Heights staff, and the location is great. The coaches make the already well-rounded workouts fit everyone's needs, and they're very encouraging. The front desk staff knows everyone and is invested in creating a welcoming space. Love my studio!

I like that it's interval training and every day is something different. I like the trainers. They are knowledgeable and modify workouts to fitness level and injuries.
