I love orange theory. its the only workout that i have been consistent with- the coaches are awesome. for someone like me who doesnt know the first thing about working out, its been super helpful to have all of the workouts and routines set for me.
Group training is exactly what suits me. I like the friendly atmosphere in the studio, helpful staff and professional trainers. All muscle groups are worked out in 60 minutes. You constantly monitor your heartbeat and calorie loss. There are often challenges that motivate you to become better.
