More than a workout is a training, is training your body to get stronger and every aspect, also you are free to modify some exercises having still the support of the couches, I had only the pleasure to meet two of them because my schedule and they rock, Cory and Robin.

I love the trainer like Corey always challenging me even though I want to slack off. Its a full hour of everything I would do during a normal trip to the gym that would take me 2 hours.

It is not overly intimidating, but still very challenging. It is only 1 hour and well worth my time. The coaches and people in the classes are not pretentious and there is a lot of positive vibes! You can personally track progress which is really good. The coaches are AWESOME.
