The coaches are all experienced and friendly and the workout changes each day. I also appreciate that you there are "options" so it can be customized for all levels.
I like getting to review my stats over time and during the workout, the workouts are challenging and dynamic, the studio feels like a welcoming community, the instructors are awesome, music Playlists are usually good
I enjoy the variety and different exercises done in every class. I also love the ability to compete against myself and see progress. The HR monitoring capabilities have also allowed me to better understand how different lifestyle choices (food, sleep, hydration, etc.) affect my workouts.
I don't have to think about what I need to do at the gym. It's rigorous and I work hard but the hard part of planning a workout is taken outbid the equation. I also like working out with a group.
I hate "the gym". The workout with OT keeps me moving and prevents the usual boredom I associate with working out. The combination of weights, tread and row also means I'm moving my body in a bunch of ways good for my body.
I love the energy from the coaches and I love that it's a different workout everyday, even if it's the same 3 apparatuses. I also love being able to track my heart rate using the heart rate monitor.
OTF is a circuit-based training workout. Each class is instructed by AHHH-mazing knowledgeable coaches and monitored with a heart monitor. The heart monitor calculates the progress and amount of work each member is accomplishing during their workout. Each day there are different programs in a 60-minute class focusing on all body parts without sacrificing too much time. This workout becomes an addition due to the positive physical results. I have been a long-time member and strongly recommend to give it a try. You will not be sorry!
Absolutely loved my first class! Great music, supportive fitness instructor and overall positive vibe. So excited to add this to my new ongoing fitness regimen and be a part of this incredible community!
