1. Efficient- in less than 1 hour, i can always rely on an intense workout, maximizing my efforts and gains. 2. Well rounded- focus on both aerobic, anaerobic systems, with adequate amount of muscle building and muscle tone exercises. 3. Creative- a variety of exercises to keep one engaged and motivated. This relieves me of the pressure to think about what i should do and etc. 4. Competitive- I'm always challenged by others in the room that are working harder, lifting heavier, or running faster!! Enough competitive events to keep challenging myself with better performance.

It's different every time, you compete with yourself to stay motivated. Your progress is tracked. The facilities are clean and the equipment is great. The best thing about orange theory Park Slope is the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great community feel at the gym.

It does it all: cardio and strength; endurance and speed; in a format that changes every single time so you're never bored. Also, I think that you are challenging yourself to improve on your own numbers, rather than competing with the person next to you.

All the instructors are amazing and I ❤️❤️❤️ The front desk staff. Everyone is incredibly supportive. I also missed a couple of weeks because of work, moving etc and I loved that Robin called me to just check in and check on me. That meant a lot and I’ve never had that personal experience at any other gym I’ve belongrd to and that includes Equinox and Chelsea Pier.

I love the fact that the instructors pay attention, make helpful adjustments, play cool music and do their best to keep the energy up. I also love the fact that we never feel like we're doing one thing for very long so you don't get bored and it doesn't seem as difficult.

Each workout everyday is completely different which always keeps me energized and excited to keep coming back. I've never worked harder with more intensity in a gym as I do during an orange theory workout. All of the staff and coaches are amazing and could not be more supportive or helpful. Could not recommed orange theory more.
