I currently do HIIT workouts before I attended this workout class and I like the constant activities and changing of pace. The coach was also very helpful and checked in on me since it was my first time.
More than a workout is a training, is training your body to get stronger and every aspect, also you are free to modify some exercises having still the support of the couches, I had only the pleasure to meet two of them because my schedule and they rock, Cory and Robin.
It is not overly intimidating, but still very challenging. It is only 1 hour and well worth my time. The coaches and people in the classes are not pretentious and there is a lot of positive vibes! You can personally track progress which is really good. The coaches are AWESOME.
