I like the encouragement and energy of the coaches. I like that they motivate you to challenge yourself but also to respect whatever level you're at as well. I like that they workouts always change so they don't become routine or boring. I love that at the end of the workout I know I've given myself a gift for the day!
All i have to do is show up. Even if i'm not motivated on a particular day, i can't not work my hardest based on the format. The coaches are spectacuar and caring.
I love being able to track my progress and be in an environment that is supportive! I always feel welcome no matter if it’s my second class of the week or my first class back after a month. It’s such a positive experience every time I step into the studio!
I really enjoy the cardio workout, and how much attention the coach pays to technique. The strength training sometimes seems a little oddly designed, but I come from a powerlifting background so have a fundamentally different idea about how to structure strength training. I recognize that Orange is not powerlifting and enjoy it for what it is, but mostly I love it for the cardio health benefits, fun workouts and community.
