Loved the heart monitors and visbility of the screens at each station. A great trainer individualized the workout when she could and monitored the screens as well, which showed she had the same goals as us. I enjoy interval training, so it fit the style of my typical workouts. I like how the workouts change day to day. I would suggest extending the session time to include additional recover guidance from trainer, as I saw many people left without proper recovery.
I like that the trainer keeps me working and focused throughout the whole class, and I appreciate the variety of exercises each class has to offer. Most importantly, I love how accomplished I feel after pushing myself to go harder and give a little more effort each time.
