I love having my exercises demonstrated so clearly. I love mixing up the cardio and power exercises, and I love the consistent level of motivation my coaches provide!
I love that my coaches know my name and that they cheer me on. I think they are very knowledgeable as well and it is clear that they love what they do. My workouts at OT are something I look forward to!
Ever-changing workout templates are awesome. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaches who are genuinely concerned about me and my fitness journey. Scheduling classes in advance fits my life and keeps me accountable.
The structure.
I love fitness, but my job is very demanding and I just want to go where I don't need to think, but I know they have my best interests in mind- that's OTF!
I love the balance of cardio, strength and endurance each class. No two classes are ever the same so I am never bored. The energy of a live coach and music makes the one hour fly by. I always feel proud of myself when im leaving so it's more than just physical. You are working together in a group but it is truly individual, you never have to feel pressured to keep up. I'm 72 and work out with 20- 60 year olds and never feel like I'm competing, we are all focused on our own bodies. So glad I found Orange Theory!!
I love it all. Every workout is different. It mashes me work harder than I would on my own. I can measure my progress live in class and over time. The music is almost always awesome. The coaches motivate you and also keep an eye on form. There are folks of all shapes and sizes in class and on staff. The overall vibe is welcoming and supportive — you’re competing with yourself not your neighbor.
I roll out of bed in the dark, spend an hour in the studio, and walk into the sunlight of a new day already feeling accomplished.
