OT works for me and offers just what I need for accountability, motivation, staff is friendly and personal and the coaches are very knowledgable and caring.
I love how the coaches spend time with each person and continue to encourage us to do our best. There’s a welcoming feeling at this gym unlike any other place u have been to.
This is the most I have ever stuck with working out at a gym. I love coming here because its more than just working out, I feel like I am part of a community. Everyone is very encouraging and help me work even harder and in a very short period of time I have seen dramatic improvements in my mood and energy levels outside the gym.
What’s not to like? The workouts are planned well and with the clients in mind. They are well balanced so you get to workout the entire body. Music is always great and the instructors are personable and keep us on task.
I love the heart rate monitor and the splat points. They are a great way to motivate me to push myself!
I also love the instructors. They are so personable and know how to get you pumped up.
The workout is very good, always different and always rewarding when completed. At times you do not feeling like going, you may even want to cancel however once you get there and get started, the time goes by and you feel so much better...John
I like the idea that I can go to my workouts and not think about what I am going to do..OT and coaches do it all for me. Its like having a personal trainer at every workout..and the energy is unbelievable . Thank you OT Cambridge
Everything. I like the tread and am seeing success in improving. There are workouts intentionally built for breaking performance plateaus and I love that.
I joined OTF in January 2023 with the goal of just showing up everyday. I had put on about 40lbs through COVID and was dealing with hormonal issues and the thought of losing the weight felt daunting. But through my daily workouts, diet and the help and encouragement of the amazing OTF coaches I’ve been able to loose over 30lbs!
Here are just some of the reasons why I love Orange theory:
* Coaches (all are amazing)! having a coach is huge for me because I don’t need someone constantly by my side, but I love that they are there to guide you, correct form and provide alternative options if something feels off. They also push and motivate you when you might not feel like giving it your all, which is me most days :)
* Class times! I LOVE my 5:15am classes. It’s the best way to start the day and still allows me enough time to get home and switch into mom mode and prep for the day ahead.
* Circut workout. I’m a creature of habit and thrive on routine. Although the workouts differ from day to day I like the predictability of the circuit between Rower/ floor/ tread
*Community/ Inclusive environment. I’ve always felt welcome even as a newcomer. It’s a positive environment that’s welcoming to all.
* Katie’s baking. It speaks for itself! She always makes delicious treats for OTF events and I need her to know it does not go unnoticed. SO yummy!
* accessible for all skill levels! Whether you’re a newbie or a skilled athlete, you can alter the workouts to best suit you.
