The coaches and staff are great. So friendly and welcoming - the coaches are excellent and do a great of paying attention to everyone in the class and ensuring everyone is getting a good workout.
The studio is always clean and well maintained, as well.

I love Orange Theory Fitness! It offers a fantastic balanced workout where you have the freedom to choose your weights and treadmill speeds, allowing you to tailor the intensity to your liking. It's a great overall workout that keeps you motivated and in control of your fitness journey. Highly recommend!
The workout was great, energizing and well paced. As a beginner I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Instead I felt motivated and accomplished at the end of it.
SO MUCH FUN- this was my first class and I had an absolute blast! I was definitely a little intimidated at first but my couch, Sam, made me feel super comfortable and made sure I transitioned through the different workouts seamlessly. It was also great chatting with her after and learning more about the science behind the workout! I bought a membership that day and can't wait to go back.
Love when rowers are used for at least half of the workout. It’s sumner, most jog outsude. Consider stop making the treadmill most of the workout, orange theory is loosing the group of people I started with well over 4 years ago.
Consider letting us swap the treads for an open rower. I know many who have left because the focus is on the treads. The towers have been less a focus, and the last class had no rowing at all.
