I love the high energy and that class is always different. Orange theory is a sense of community and the coaches do a great job at helping you achieve your goals and modifying if needed. An hour under the orange lights helps me achieve my fitness goals, whereas I would spend more time and feel slightly lost at a classic gym.

I really enjoy everything about the workouts. The coaches are super friendly and encouraging. Watching the heart rate monitor, I definitely push myself harder to achieve my goals. The templates are fun, benchmarks are so nice to see my growth, and an hour just flies by in class. My only suggestion for improvement would be if the coaches could try to correct form individually a little more. They generally describe correct form but if they can come up to us and guide us sometimes, that would be awesome.
