I love that I know when I walk in the door I am going to get a complete body work out in just under an hour. I don't have to plan my workout for the day I get to just walk in and listen to the coaches directions. I love knowing how I am doing by looking at my heart rate on the screen my goal is always 600+ calories for the hour and as long as I listen to the coaches I almost always hit it. I have been going for 4 months and have lost 10 lbs. It may not seem like much but it is when you are also gaining muscle!
As I have already stated to you, the staff is OUTSTANDING and that truly makes the workouts and the experience much better. The service is consistent and the staff is friendly. I know that is not by accident. It happens based on hiring the right people and then the training and expectations. The only recommendation I will make is I would like to see you manage the days differently b/c sometimes it creates situations where I cannot book online based on timing. My recommendation: I pay for 8 sessions per billing cycle. I would prefer that to be based on calendar month vs billing cycle making it a bit cleaner when scheduling classes. I would also like to be able to roll any days that I did not use into the next month or billing cycle sense I paid for them vs just losing them. I travel for work and there are times that it may be difficult for me to use my time that cycle.
