It pushed me harder than I’d ever push myself, all the stations and equipment were so well organized, and I didn’t feel like it was dragging on-the hour flew by! The coach was great and it was an overall amazing experience I am definitely feeling this morning
It starts with the staff. The team is fabulous including the folks at the front desk. I know first hand that it is not easy to recruit the right people and to find those who fit the culture that you want, but you have been successful in doing just that! The entire team us upbeat and service oriented. Janet and I normally go on the days that Connie and Michelle are coaching. They both do an excellent job. The times we attend Adam's class we enjoy too!
I would recommend that OT consider allowing you to rollover a limited number of the days that you did not use from the previous billing cycle. It is tough sometimes with my business travel and other commitments to use all the days. Most months that is not a problem, but it does occur. While I feel Chad is receptive to doing it, from time to time, I always feel like I am asking for special consideration. From my perspective, I have paid for the classes and I do not see a downside to allowing a limited number of rollover days. The app does not work well as there are quirks. I am sure you are aware of some of them. Lastly, I would recommend a second bike. Sometimes others want to use it and it could present challenges.
