By simply monitoring my heart rate, I can confirm the efficient fat-burning heart rate zone, which allows me to know exactly which zone I am in during exercise. This clarity serves as motivation, and even when I feel like giving up, seeing everyone's efforts will inspire me and keep me motivated. This makes exercise fun and allows me to steadily get closer to my ideal body shape, which is what I love about the Orangetheory workout.
Great total body workout. Energetic instructors. Instructors make sure you are working out safely and effectively in an unintimidating approach. They always remember your name.
Consistency. Always AT or anaerobic, good to great coaches, equipment in good condition. I do many of my workouts out-of-town, and all other locations I’ve been to are also excellent!
It’s an excellent workout. I never regret showing up. I love having Matt, Lindsey and Danica (sub from the Pacific Beach studio) coach me through the workouts. (All of the coaches are great, I just happen to mostly go to Matt’s and Lindsey’s classes.) The ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are pleasant and enthusiastic.
