It's like having a personal trainer for a group while still accounting for each individual's needs. While it is difficult, it is something a beginner or an athlete can do and both come out of it having worked up a sweat. There is a wonderful feeling of community in the air that makes one feel welcome, and the staff are absolutely amazing. I'd say give it a shot. I know I'm glad I did.
I like being directed at all times. I also like seeing where my heart rate is so I know if I need to push myself more, and I like that if Im doing something wrong, the trainer alwaus helps me get ot right.
Kelly is a very motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive coach!! She makes working out "fun"!! Her music selection for her classes is always motivating--the music moves you to go faster or work harder!! I think of her as a great "DJ" who can coach you to go beyond your limits and comfort zone while you are caught up in the music and her witty humor. The class goes by so fast due to the pace and change up of activities. Working out at the OT Carrollwood studio has simplified my life by providing me with an all-inclusive workout that I can knock out in 60 minutes! Perfect workout for busy people who want results in a shorter period of time!!
