I have been going to this gym for almost 3 years and I have attended over 850 classes in this studio or other studios in my area. The staff here are extremely friendly and the trainers are very motivating. The workout itself is great and always unique and different considering the place is made up of treadmills, rowers and weights. They figure out a way for each workout to feel unique and fresh while still being constantly challenging.I have been doing the unlimited pass and it is a little pricey but, I truly feel the value is considerably versus getting a personal trainer or going somewhere similar. I love orange theory and will continue to be a member for a while.
All of it! The coaches, the variety, the benchmarks, the other members, even the no -show penalty(it really helps get be out of bed at 4:30 am)! It’s become a routine and even better, I’ve stayed consistent with it for the last five years.
I have to say that I love training there, I like the whole concept but especially the staff, they are so friendly and cheerful, I would just like a little more ventilation and space, sometimes we are crowded, hugs and Best regards!
Loved every bit of the classes here. Front Desk is very friendly. They remember you and address you by name from the first day. Not an easy thing to do. Kudos for doing that.

I love knowing that I can show up any day of the week, fully awake or still half asleep, and be challenged with a good workout. The coaches offer support and encouragement but also build my confidence to know when I can push a little harder. The staff throughout the studio are friendly and welcoming and create an environment I want to keep coming back to.
Trackability and accountability via the fitness tracker. The friendliness of the staff and the attention to details, specially from coaches that pay attention to the exercises and correct if something is not performed correctly that can lead to lesions.

The coaches provide progressions and modifications for each exercise. I like how they walk around the room to give tips and encouragement. Each coach has their own motivational style of coaching. When the music is good in certain classes, I find it distracts me from the fatigue I feel, makes pushing through class more comfortable, and most importantly, elevates my mood. It's the best 1 hour workout!
You don't have to think, the coach gives you all the ques you need. The workouts are hard! They never get easier and if they do, you can level up in weight or intensity. Variety: the three stations break everything up nicely and the programming is always different.
