I quit my membership a few months ago because of the high cost. BUT I recently decided to go back and renew my membership because the workouts are just too insanely good. I cannot get the same workout on my own, with a trainer, at another gym, etc. Orange Theory is seriously the best workout I've ever had in my life. Yes, it's expensive, but the cost is worth it. I can't say that about other gyms of fitness centers!

Very efficient, I love the variety and the instructors are motivating and I have seen measurable changes in my body. It would be awesome if you could develop an app of a few of the treadmill workouts so those of us who travel frequently could continue to workout when traveling as most hotel gyms have a treadmill.

I loved my workout! The small class sizes are really nice so you can gt that extra attention to form, which is really important to me especially when it comes to weights. I love that the classes are only an hour and yet this morning in Amy's 5m class I burned nearly 600 calories! Great way to start your morning, I can't wait to get back in there and do it again!

I like that the class feels like a personal training session. It just happens to be a training session with other people. I also like that I don't feel intimidated by anyone else's fitness level. I can make adjustments for my fitness level and I don't feel bashful about it.

The hard cardio with visual of your effort. I didn't like the weights...but I know that's what I need to achieve my goals so appreciate the balance of both within the workout.
