The OTF workouts are always hard but always fun, and you feel great when you're done. I wouldn't work this hard if I didn't have a great trainer, music, and friends urging me on.

I reside in Virginia Beach VA and was visiting my daughter in Portland. Amy structured my workout to fit my limitations. She was amazing!!!!! What she did was to show me that I could do more than I thought I could. What an asset Amy and the staff is for orange theory. Best wishes to all!
