A coach plays a crucial role in your workout and that’s where Shelby at the Cedar Park location shines.
Everyone at OT Cedar Park and Avery Ranch locations are awesome where they make every participant feel special.
Shout out to Orlando from the Avery Ranch location, for going the extra mile for me and booking my first class, after I accidentally was navigated to that location by Apple Maps.
The workout routines are awesome and the booking of classes are easy from the OT app.
I’d recommend OT to anyone who are sitting in the bench about restating their fitness routine.
I like the coach led classes! I come to Shelby’s classes! She is fabulous! She is kind and helps with proper technique! She has lots of energy and keeps us going! I like friendships made too and the music!!
I don’t like working out. Never have. However, I enjoy Orange fitness immensely. “I can do anything for 30 seconds.” That’s how I explain it to fiends.
The workouts are always slightly different, but I like that it includes both cardio and strength training. And there are always options for the workouts if you need to make it more challenging or less challenging
I love the encouragement that comes from the coaches, the realistic intensity of the workout, and that it's set up where you don't compare yourself to others in the room.
I had to try Orange Theory Fitness in Austin, Texas, when on holiday from Australia. I loved the way the class was structured into three blocks, each focusing on different aspects of fitness. The combo of treadmill, rower, and resistance training provided a challenging and engaging full-body workout that left me feeling energized and accomplished. I enjoyed the focus on endurance and the opportunity to train different muscle groups in each block.
Overall, Orange Theory Fitness is a fantastic gym class that offers a well-rounded and effective workout in just 60 minutes, that really kicked my butt. I am pleased I branched out and tried something new. Also first session was free!
