I love OT workouts because they are fast paced while providing a good workout. I also love it because it can be tailored to different levels. I can come with others who have different fitness levels and goals, but we all leave feeling proud of what we accomplished on a personal level.
Always a different workout. The coaches make sure you're doing the exercises properly..even the rowing which really takes a lot of coaching and proper technique to benefit fully from it. The music is always energetic and hits just at the right time to complete your exercise, last rep, or all out.
