Before joining Orange Theory I did not workout. I was so scared to go because I'm so out of shape. But, I have to say I absolutely LOVE Ben, Shaun and Crystal. They have been so supportive and have helped me through every workout! They give me alternate exercises for the ones I can't do. Today was a 2000 meter row (my first one) and Ben encouraged me through the whole thing! The workouts are challenging, but very doable. I love how it's different every time so I don't know what to expect, I just show up and do it! Thanks to Ben, Shaun and Crystal for making this a great experience
The coaches are friendly and encouraging. The studio is clean.
I would like to request more hip-hop/rap music. I enjoy the 90-minute classes and wish they were offered more on Saturday mornings.
Is awsome, great trainers, the front desk people too super friendly, great customer service and the 3 routines really break the monotony in a workout. Love the atmosphere and music pumps you up.
After a year of only doing cardio by myself, OTF has been a great way to engage all of my muscles and build strength. I love being able to see how I’m burning.
OTF workouts are fun and challenging and they are an uplifting escape that helps manage stress. I also look and feel stronger. I’m encouraged knowing what I’m doing will have results. Everyone at OTF is welcoming and the coaches bring encouragement and motivation.
