With the actual workout I like combination of cardio and weights. Having someone else plan and execute the workout is the best. The coaches have been motivating and helpful when It comes to making adjustments or helping me make or reach new goals.

After not having formally worked out since having kids (about 10 years), I love not having to make decisions about what to do in my workout. Also love the fantastic coaches and supportive atmosphere!
It’s the best way to start my day at 5 AM. Good combination of cardio and strength. Varied workouts. Coaches all extremely supportive and give great tips/advice based on my abilities and goals. No judgement zone - just complete with yourself. Awesome way to burn off stress and stay mentally strong. Plus actual physical and mental results!
All of the trainers are incredible at Chanhassen! They truly make your exercising experience a fun one! I used to hate cardio but since going to Orange theory I can’t live without now! I’ve never said that in my entire life.
Charlton is so innovative with his flexibility block! I love his flexibility blocks because I always learn something new and he tailors his blocks to what exercises we worked on that day. I would definitely goto a Flexibility workshop if he offered one to learn more!
Love the variety, music, and staff. Seems like a lot of coach turnover lately which is a bummer. Keep the coaches that motivate and play really current music!
It’s a great pace that’s adjustable to your level. It varies each time. I’m seeing results already. I can do workouts at home with the app. It monitors my heart rate. Guidance on healthy workouts that build muscle.
