The constant variety in workouts keeps it really exciting and so enjoyable! It feels like the 60 minutes just flies by, and I don't even realize how hard i'm pushing myself. More than anything, the coaches truly care about the members and do an amazing job of helping us reach new levels in our fitness journeys. I've never felt stronger or faster as I do after the past 6 months of OTF. Best workout and fitness community ever!!!

It's incredibly motivating, from the coaches that urge you on to push harder all the time, to the other participants that are all working towards the same goals. The hour goes by much quicker than it would if I were to try and work out on my own, and the level of intensity and variety of the workouts makes it something I look forward to as part of my day.

The workout only takes an hour and you get great results! I tell all of my friends that if they need a quick tighten up before a trip just go to OTF for a week and they will be set!
