The workouts I like best are the 3G because you get to switch frequently from treadmill to floor to rower. I like the intensity and variety. The instructors are excellent.

I love that there is both consistency and variety in every workout. I know that I'll be rowing, strength training, and running, but each of those activities varies from day to day. I work harder in the class atmosphere with the coach instructing us along the way than I do on my own. Going two times a week anchors the rest of my exercise plan.

Fast - never had a chance to get bored! Tyson! He was fabulous. I didn't have a clue when I walked in there and he got me settled and promoted throughout. So motivating!
