Like having a personal trainer. I can pretty much tune out mentally and the hour goes by very fast. Great instructors, especially Glenn and Tyson.

The trainers are great. They take the time to address each individual as they enter the studio, and during the workout they provide options for all fitness levels to make sure everyone gets the most out of the workout, while still being challenged. The workout is a perfect balance of endurance and strength training, which is what I need. I'm in and out in 1hr with 500 calories burned (plus some), and the music selections are always appropriate and high energy.
