I like the energy of the instructor, along with the pace that he keeps (I've only had two male instructors so far.) I like how you combine the group workouts with my individual needs.
The instructors have been helpful and patient with me as I am just beginning to get back in shape after a VERY long time without any workouts!
I like that it's different every time I go. It's never the same boring combination of exercises or tread workouts or even row workouts. Plus I really like the coaches. They are very helpful and the right mix of tough coach and kind encourager.
variety; coaches (Tyson, Jen, Cory, Athan, Glen, Ron); good instruction with appropriate recommendations on which weights to use; like the straight-forward partner workouts sometimes but please don't increase the frequency of them and keep them simple vs. 3 partner workout, or lots of switch-ups
