It was a change of pace from my usual routine; it challenged me; I felt incredibly motivated, I didn't feel judged at all; I loved the pace of the workout...that we were constantly changing machines and activities, my arms are still sore!
Everyday the workouts at OrangeTheory push me past the limits I believe I have. Every person who works there is full of positivity and encouragement. Each workout brings new and different challenges and they are never boring!
The staff and trainers were super friendly and welcoming. I appreciated them walking me through the process, definitely helped ease the jitters of starting something completely new.
The workout itself was fun and challenging. It reminded me of some of the training I did playing sports in college, which is great since it means I was getting a great workout!
I like the way Cory gets the most out of me. He always seems to know everyone's numbers. He pays close attention to the people in his classes. He's by far the best OT trainer in the area.
Ron and Glenn are also good and I like Athan's enthusiasm.
After almost three years I still love how the work outs are designed but clearly hiring and retaining the best trainers is the only way to take the studios from good to excellent.
I would also like to see more female trainers, I think it's healthy to have a gender balance in this area and not just at the front desk.
Looking forward to popping by SW Durham when it opens but CHill will always be my first choice.
