High energy, motivating instructor, mixing it up to give me a full body workout while not boring me. Instructions easy to follow. Class setup explained well, along with an explanation of the summary. I would enjoy adding this to my weekly schedule.
After 2.5 years, I am still addicted to the OTF workouts and love the coaches and staff!
It would be good to get more 15 and 20 lb dumbbells since the members have increased their fitness levels and we all seem to be using heavier weights.
It would also be good to label the strength floor stations so that people know where to go when moving from treadmills to floor. Other OTF studios around the country ask their members to stick with the same number treadmill, rower and strength stations and it makes for a smoother transition and fewer "bad feelings". This is important on switch days too.
And my only other suggestion is maybe providing a refresher on manners and etiquette to members. Just last week, I witnessed one member almost get pushed off a treadmill by a member who shouted at her "that's my favorite treadmill". The woman who wanted her "favorite treadmill" arrived at the studio just as Tyson was letting the class in and she pushed through the queue and pushed again once inside. This happens quite a bit and based on my travels to other OTF studios across the country (and Morrisville and West Cary), the pushiness is especially bad at the Chapel Hill studio. I arrive early so I have a good chance of starting on cardio, but when I am later, I wait in the queue and acknowledge that I may have to start on the strength floor.

I love the variety. I've been going to OTF 4-5x a week for a year and a half and I've never gotten tired of it.
Coach Glenn does such a good job of motivating the class while keeping it fun. He's the best!
I like being able to know if the exercise is Edurance, Strength, or Power centered. Having random workouts doesn't seem as beneficial to me. I tend to go regardless of the day, but I do like to know that they are rotating with a pattern.
Regardless, I always recommend//promote OTF to anyone who asks. The trainers are great. I appreciate being recognized during workouts.
