The mix of cardio, weights, the challenges. Love the group atmosphere it’s always great ! All levels can have an effective work out and be challenged! For me personally hitting a new PR pushing myself to excel not just in strength but endurance and power your classes give a bit of all of it !!

I like that I can show up and someone else has already planned out the workout. The coaching staff is great and they all appear to care about each one of us meeting our goals. I feel like the friendliness of the staff helps to foster a sense of community among the members.

I like that it changes and I do not have to do any planning. I also like the addition of the Strength 50 classes. The coaches are also all great. I am completely comfortable with any coach at whatever time works best for my day.

I love that the workout is different everyday and I feel excited to challenge myself in a variety of ways. I also love that the energy is always motivating. No matter how early or how badly I do not want to be working out, I always have motivation to push through and endure.

Love everything about OTF! Location, ease with scheduling, cleanliness, customized workouts, excellent coaches, mix of cardio and strength. I've been going for six months and feel so much stronger, have less pain and stiffness, and have more energy! It took awhile to get into a groove of going twice a week but now that I've figured it out, I can't imagine my life without it! I'm even considering stepping it up to three times a week.

I enjoy the workout and the scheduling options. I wish we had a strength 50 class at 5am. However, I understand that not everyone would like that. I love the current coaching staff and like the class offerings. However, I do go to Timberlyne on Sunday mornings for the Strength 50 class and considering that class is always on a lengthy waitlist, it might be worth considering adding a 7:15 S50 class in Meadowmont.

Coaches are great. Continues to be challenging. I love the local studios and everyone working there, but what is the best way to communicate to corporate how ridiculous it is that I’ve been a member nearly 9 years and pay more than new members? There is literally nothing that demonstrates that corporate values loyalty.

I really like the structure of the workouts. Sidney, Tommy, Indi, Hunter, Sarah, do an amazing job guiding us and keeping us motivated through out the workouts. I've definitely noticed improvement in my physical condition and how I feel in my day to day. Ohhh, love the music selection as well.
