OTF has become a staple in my life. I plan life around it. Coach Kelly is the heart and soul of the studio and I feel lucky when I get to take her class. Highly recommend.

My wife goes to Orange Theory and got me into it. She first talked to the coaches and staff to see if it would even be possible before asking me about it. I have a number of severe injuries that have prevented me from exercising/working out for years. The coaches at Orange Theory were able to work around them and find exercises I could do that would not impact or exacerbate my injuries - something no other gym personal trainer I've gone to could do. I'm there doing maybe one of the daily workouts with the remainder of them being modified/tailored for me. Despite this I haven't felt out of place or singled out, nor have I had any negative experiences. Additionally, my injuries have not flared up or prevented me from finishing a class. I will tell you from personal experience it is not easy in any way shape or form to work out with a busted shoulder, busted arm, two knees that need to be replaced and a bad lower back injury but Orange Theory has made it possible.

The workouts are full body-every time, love the heart rate monitor for heart and calories burned, every move, run, row is fully explained and individually tweaked if needed, Fantastic motivating knowledgable coaches, awesome groov'in & shack'in play lists, clean facility with showers, friendly encouraging fellow members and such a helpful front desk crew.

Coaches are motivating and understanding of different fitness levels and encourages everyone to do best. A camaraderie is fostered with other OTF members that makes a challenging exercise program fun. I like having a program so I don't have to figure out balance of exercise. Getting aerobic and strength training together is optimal for physical and mental health and OTF makes it easier with many times of day to work out.

Everything! The amazing coaches coach you through a great template that changes every day but is always designed to work you through the heart rate zones and leave you feeling like you’ve had a great workout! I love the graph you get at the end of the workout too!
