The coaches there make a difference for me. I've had classes with Head Coach Kelly, Sara, Adi, and Tyson. I still think Tyson still has the best playlist (but Kelly sometimes pulls out some great tunes). Coaches who pay attention to form, know your speeds on the treadmill (can't slack if they do), and help with motivating the group at 5 am is not easy, but they do it! One thing for sure is that at Timberlyne, the coaches will make you smile. They have a great sense of humor and some are quite witty. Coach Kelly is on her way to being an OTF insta-star. I am impressed by the number of costumes & outfits that she comes up with. Super fun! The staff there is also great. I miss the twins but heard they are over in Durham.

Good workout in 1 hour. Do not have to schedule ahead of time. Options for bike and Strider, cannot use a treadmill due to knees

Love that no two workouts are the same. All the coaches are terrific, but I am especially grateful for Kelly's energy and enthusiasm. Her thoughtful coaching through the tough "mental game" always seems to come right at the moment when I feel like I'm reaching my limit and helps me keep going.

Where do I begin! The coaches. One hour and done. Don't have to "think" because I am told exactly what to do. Cleanliness of facility. Organization. The mobile app. I could go on and on about the merits of OTF!

It is genuinely adaptable. You can retreat at any point. You can do your own thing. I like the people in charge. And I liked the people I was working with on the treadmills. There was a sense of all being in this together. Really.
