I love that every class is different. I love the accountability the heart rate monitor gives me to not slack. I appreciate the front desk helping accommodate when I need to move my morning class to an afternoon class and how there are so many class time offerings that there is really never an excuse not to workout. Mostly, I love the combo of major cardio with strength training. I've been going for over a year for an average of 4 days a week and I've yet to get sick of it which says a lot for me!!
The workout is very challenging however you can start at any level of fitness and progress. I love being able to get instant feedback as far as calories burned and heart rate. Lastly, being able to set goals for yourself on the Orangetheory app which also shows progress towards goals.
I like the similar yet challenging workouts that are incorporated everyday. The staff at the South End location is really the best part, they make showing up and doing an hour of workout a lot more enjoyable.
This is hands down the best group fitness class that I have ever taken! No other class combines both endurance/cardio fitness with strength training. In addition to that, the fact that every class is different is great because you never know what you're going to get until you walk into the class and you also never have to worry about getting "burned out" from one specific workout.
I love how intense, yet motivating, they are. In a relatively short period of time I've gained a confidence and strength I didn't know I posses. Thanks for helping activate this will I have to survive! Losing this weight, is about survival. If I can do this, I can do anything.
Goal: lose 100lbs. Workout to help control depression, live a better life overall.

It is structured but also personalized because you can push yourself as much as you want or need to. They offer alternatives for certain work outs if someone may have an injury. They music is always good, too. The instructors are good at motivating and keeping the whole class on track.
I love how challenging the workouts are & how they are ALWAYS different. In the 8 mos. I've been coming, no workout has been the same. I love the cross-training which has helped me lose weight & inches.
