I love the intensity of the workout and how each class is a little bit different from the last. Always challenging and keeping you moving. I appreciate the trainers helping to make sure that the my form is correct especially when it comes to the TRX and weights.

It's an hour of my time. Having to make an appointment for a class ensures I will go, because I don't want to be charged if I blow it off! It's a good mix of strength and cardio. The pulse monitor is great because it makes sure I don't under perform or push myself to the point I feel sick.
